LGBT+ Socialization and Support Group
Mondays 8pm

Monday and Wednesday evenings

The goal of this group is to find community, learn different coping skills, cognitive behavioral therapy interventions, and a space where you can feel 100% yourself without judgement. The group offers support to adolescents navigating life, school, family, social media relationships, and self-identity through the Cognitive Behavior Therapy framework.
